Job summary

Miller’s Textile Services is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. The role blends in-warehouse tasks with supporting production and facility needs across the site.

You will manage loads, verify shipments, document shortages, and maintain records while collaborating with Production, Sales, and Accounts Payable to resolve issues. Weekly pay and full benefits accompany the position.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with coworkers and leadership.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and complete daily load requirements on time.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a forklift operator permit.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and company policies.
• Ability to work overtime when business needs require it.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to assist in different areas of the operation as workload and business needs change.
• Ability to meet the requirements of Miller’s Textile Services Drug‑Free Workplace Policy.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or forklift experience is helpful but not required if you are willing and able to learn.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and complete daily load requirements and prepare products for customer routes.
• Identify, document, and communicate product shortages.
• Fill shortages as product becomes available.
• Receive incoming merchandise and verify shipments for accuracy.
• Organize and put away incoming products in the correct warehouse locations.
• Prepare products and merchandise for outgoing shipments.
• Load and unload semi-trucks throughout the day.
• Maintain accurate records of products entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate when products need to be ordered.
• Complete monthly and year-end physical inventories.
• Check merchandise for expiration dates and help manage discontinued or outdated products.
• Maintain accurate warehouse product-location information.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Coordinate the work and daily priorities of Linen Coordinators.
• Communicate with Production, Sales, Customer Service, Service, and Accounts Payable to resolve inventory and order issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
