Job summary

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC is seeking a collaborative team player for the Wisconsin Distribution Center focusing on shipping and receiving for Miller and Hobart products. Overtime is required as production demands dictate.

You will load and unload trucks, receive purchase orders, process returns with customer service, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to maintain inventory and order flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize among multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Clear written and oral communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dexterity to operate a lift truck up to 10 hours per day.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet production demand.
• Experience operating equipment in a narrow aisle environment.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks.
• Receive purchase orders into the system.
• Process returns and resolve customer exceptions with the customer service team.
• Cycle counting.
• Cross-train with Central receiving and intra/inbound and outbound of the distribution center, including Bills of Lading, email, and phone handling.
• Communicate with external carriers and internal business units.
• Monitor inbound inventory levels to support outbound weight allowances.
