Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a dedicated inventory support specialist to manage receiving, stocking, and issuing parts for production. You will help maintain accurate stock levels and assist in dispatching parts to the manufacturing floor.

Key qualifications include experience with inventory control systems, Maximo proficiency, and a commitment to 5S Lean practices. The role requires forklift/AWP licensing and physical ability to lift and stock items in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control and material handling.
• Proficient with Maximo or similar ERP inventory systems.
• Able to stock inventory and maintain accurate warehouse records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue inventory items to production.
• Maintain inventory records and cycle counts for accuracy.
• Support 5S lean practices in the stock room and work area.
• Prepare orders and dispatch parts for production or repair.
• May assist with local pick-up/delivery as needed.
