Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving specialist to manage domestic and international shipments, hazmat compliance, and daily logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting freight, operating forklifts, maintaining accurate tracking, and coordinating with safety/compliance teams. You will ensure secure facilities, proper records, and timely internal communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license required.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work across shipping and receiving duties.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international parcel and freight shipments.
• Handle hazmat shipments in compliance with 49 CFR.
• Inspect, offload and receive truck freight; operate forklifts.
• Maintain tracking records and audits using internal software.
• Close and secure facility; monitor cameras; manage access.
• Stock and rotate materials; provide shipping consultation.
• Create service requests for pallet and crate fabrication.
• Identify shipping discrepancies and communicate with Trade Compliance.
