Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating shift plans, validating BOM changes with engineering, and upholding safety and quality standards while driving efficiency across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of work experience with at least one year in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Excellent planning, organization, and reliability in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day production and shipping/receiving activities to meet goals.
• Assign jobs, plan shifts, and manage line staffing.
• Review ECO requests with engineering to update BOMs or purchasing items.
• Identify and resolve inventory issues to maintain correct stock levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts and audits.
• Support safety and quality initiatives across the team.
