Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end shipping and receiving workflow to guarantee that all orders are processed precisely and on schedule.
• Generate and organize essential shipping paperwork, such as packing lists, bills of lading, and international customs documents.
• Verify the quality and correctness of all incoming and outgoing freight to help maintain high standards for our inventory.
• Work closely with the warehouse crew to oversee stock levels and ensure materials are stored in the correct locations.
• Coordinate with external carriers and vendors to arrange logistics, helping to reduce overall transportation expenses.
• Use specialized inventory software to monitor shipment status and keep internal databases current.
• Support the onboarding of new staff by teaching them established shipping and receiving protocols.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly workspace to ensure the entire team operates in a secure environment.
