Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in professional shipping, receiving, and packaging.
Ability to operate forklifts and hand trucks safely.
Proficiency in inventory systems and administrative documentation.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy in all incoming and outgoing shipments by reconciling inventory against bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders.
Maintain high-integrity digital records and logs within SAP and Microsoft Excel to track goods receipt and movement.
Execute specialized packaging protocols to ensure product integrity, adhering to specific sales order requirements and industry best practices.
Manage complex logistics by coordinating hazardous material shipments in compliance with DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulatory standards.
Optimize distribution workflows by determining the most efficient shipping methods, routes, and carrier systems.
Facilitate warehouse operations by loading and unloading freight, managing supply inventory, and providing essential facility support.
