Job summary

Accumet Engineering Inc. seeks a Shipping and Receiving Associate to ensure accurate, timely shipment and receipt of materials and products. You will unload trucks, verify shipments, and collaborate with production, quality, and sales to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires experience in shipping/receiving in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with shipping software, inventory systems, and MS Office or ERP systems (JobBOSS).

Qualifications

Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations.
Attention to details and accuracy in labeling, basic math, and documentation.
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
Good communication skills.
Proficient with shipping software, inventory systems, and MS Office or ERP systems (JobBOSS).

Responsibilities

Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments against POs and packing lists.
Pick, pack, and package products for shipment.
Coordinate with production, quality, and sales teams to resolve inventory, documentation or shipment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records for shipping/receiving activities.
Put away received goods into correct storage location, ensuring lot numbers, revision levels, serials (if applicable).
Maintain and organize shipping/receiving dock and warehouse areas (5S, safety).
