Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Associate to help manage inventory flow and fulfill orders with precision. You will use forklifts and ERP/WMS systems to ensure timely, accurate distribution to customers.

Responsibilities include picking, staging, shipment processing, and real-time inventory updates, with emphasis on safety and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a warehouse/logistics/production environment.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic for inventory tracking.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Reliability and physical stamina for warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate order picking and staging using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Manage end-to-end shipment process, including palletization, labeling, and documentation for domestic and international transit.
• Perform real-time inventory updates and stock transfers in the ERP system.
• Load and unload freight, ensuring safe handling and organization for throughput.
• Replenish production and storage zones to prevent bottlenecks and maintain workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve fulfillment discrepancies.
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a culture of security and efficiency.
