Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Austin is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to manage service appointments and serve as the first voice guests hear. The role requires a friendly, positive attitude and strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Working 40 hours weekly, including alternating Saturdays, you will handle calls, coordinate service timelines, and maintain high guest satisfaction. Prior dealership experience and CRM familiarity are a plus; bilingual candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing disposition and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Fluency in English required; bilingual a plus.
• Prior dealership or automotive retail experience is a plus.
• Experience with CRM software/sales/phone systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls to the Service departments and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate and de-escalate guests’ service and roadside-related concerns.
• Reference service history and read/interpret documents as needed.
• Handle telephone inquiries about upcoming appointments and work-in-process.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction standards per dealership policy.
• Advise guests about necessary service for routine maintenance based on mileage/history.
