Friendship Automotive invites a friendly, detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our Service Team. You will answer service inquiries, set up customer appointments, provide dealership information, and use templates to answer questions. Daily CRM use and timely follow-ups are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership
• Internet and computer savvy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to service department phone inquiries
• Set customer appointments to visit service department
• Provide customers with dealership information
• Accurately answer customer questions using word tracks or templates
• Make customer reminder and follow up calls
• Utilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management system daily
