Job summary

Alta Equipment Group in Bow, NH is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our growing team. You will open/close work orders, coordinate transportation, answer calls, and research billing questions to provide solutions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Word/Excel/Outlook proficiency; ERP experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to communicate with all levels.
• Ability to read and interpret safety notices and procedures; basic math and reporting skills.
• Ability to apply common sense and work with small sets of variables.

Responsibilities

• Open and close work orders for all customers.
• Schedule transportation for equipment movements.
• Answer the phone and provide customer service.
• Research billing questions and provide solutions.
• Assist with dispatching service technicians.
• Assist with technician and office payroll.
• Cross train with other admin staff to provide back-up.
• Perform various other office and service duties as assigned.
