Responsibilities

• Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations based on location, skill level, and guidelines.
• Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion.
• Receive service requests from customers and coworkers.
• Enter information into the computer.
• Assist with paperwork and prepare reports.
• May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordinating services with outside vendors.
