Job summary

LiftOne is hiring a Dispatcher to support branch operations and enhance customer satisfaction. You will manage technician calendars, dispatch field staff, and monitor work-in-progress while maintaining clear communication with customers and the service team.

The role emphasizes training new team members, ensuring technicians have necessary training and parts, and updating management with progress and outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent); Associate's degree from a two-year college highly preferred.
• Previous experience within a field service environment strongly preferred, to include time management and dispatching of field service personnel.
• Prior experience in a service-oriented environment and use of a service scheduling software highly preferred.
• Ability to maximize use of CRM and field service management system.
• Strong customer service and follow up skills.
• Strong communication skills to include internal and external communications, conflict resolution, and the ability to discuss technical situations with customers and technicians required.
• Experience delivering on responsibilities and commitments while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and manage the service technician work calendars and assignments, ensuring efficiency and full utilization.
• Dispatch technicians to customer locations and monitor WIP.
• Keep service manager informed of completion status.
• Ensure technicians have training, parts, and certifications to perform assigned work.
• Maintain regular communication with technicians and proactively update customers on service status.
• Review service dashboard reports and assist management to improve customer and business metrics.
• Administer the service process from work order creation to invoicing with the team.
