• Previous dispatch experience preferred.
• Experience dealing with customers.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office).

• Able to multitask and handle diverse tasks.
• Strong problem-solving to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to work under time constraints and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service calls to technicians based on location and branch standards.
• Enter service call information into computer systems.
• Consult with customers or supervisors to address questions or requests.
• Relay work orders and information in writing or verbally.
• Use GPS programs to monitor technician locations for dispatching.
• Assist in processing and billing of service invoices.
