Job summary

Airco Service in Oklahoma and Arkansas is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to handle incoming calls and organize the daily dispatch of Sales/Service technicians and comfort specialists, aiming for fuel- and time-efficient routes.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, can multitask, communicates clearly by phone and in writing, and follows procedures. Experience with Service Titan is preferred but not required; proficiency with MS Word/Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and multitasking capability.
• Professional phone demeanor with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow procedures and deliver strong customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented; able to type ~50 WPM.
• Willingness to learn new software; Service Titan preferred.
