Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations dispatching or similar admin role with strong phone interaction.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn new software quickly.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from internal and external customers.
• Enter call information into Service Scheduling software.
• Schedule service and dispatch technicians; coordinate timelines.
• Keep schedules accurate and up to date for all technicians.
• Assist other coordinators to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Address customer issues within your scope and communicate effectively.
• Process purchase orders and create new call/service job numbers.
• Review weekly reports and discuss scheduling with team weekly.
