Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our expanding team. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the dealership for vehicle repair and maintenance, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be well spoken with excellent telephone skills.
• Provide exceptional personalized service to guests and the community.
• Maintain a customer satisfaction rating above zone average.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal contact between the dealership and customer for repair and maintenance service.
• Aim to provide customer satisfaction and maximize dealership sales of parts and service.
• Report to the Service Manager/Director and work with sales managers, group leaders, and technicians.
• Handle customers with complaints not satisfiable at the service writer level with management support.
• Answer incoming calls promptly, courteously, and satisfy the caller's inquiry.
• Greet service customers warmly and be the perfect host.
• Listen to customers' reasons for bringing their vehicle to service.
• Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to meet customer concerns.
• Provide accurate estimates for all services or repairs recommended.
