Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the dealership for vehicle repair and maintenance. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, accurate diagnostics, and clear communication to drive repairs and parts sales.

You will work with the Service Manager and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and professional handling of inquiries, with a welcoming and helpful presence for every guest.

• Provide exceptional personalized service to guests and community.
• Maintain a customer satisfaction rating above zone average.

Responsibilities

• Be the principal contact between the dealership and customers for repair and maintenance service on their vehicles.
• Aim to provide customer satisfaction and maximize parts and service sales.
• Coordinate with Service Manager/Director and other teams to resolve issues.
• Handle customer complaints professionally when escalated.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously to satisfy inquiries.
• Greet service customers warmly and serve as a welcoming host.
• Listen to customer concerns and propose logical diagnostics or repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs recommended.
