You will handle inquiries, provide accurate estimates, write repair orders, and coordinate with technicians, with a customer‑first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to explain maintenance and repair recommendations clearly.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with dealership management systems a plus.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet customers and identify service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain costs.
• Write repair orders in ADP system.
• Follow up with customers during service and deliver vehicles on completion.
• Ensure the Sales 2 Service process is followed.
