You will monitor activity, de-escalate tense situations, and document incidents using Target’s case management system. The role supports a safe shopping environment and requires strong guest service skills and teamwork.

Expect a fast-paced work environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Training will cover the in-store security culture, incident response, and adherence to AP policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in busy environments and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest safety and assist guests as needed.
• Monitor store activity and report any security incidents promptly.
