Job summary

Cnected is seeking a Dispatcher to be the voice that keeps everything moving, serving as the link between customers, technicians, and the team. This role focuses on scheduling, dispatching, and maintaining clear customer communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with AI-powered systems to optimize call assignments, collaborate with technicians, and ensure timely service delivery while upholding our core values of integrity, ownership, and service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign calls to technicians using AI-powered systems.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule return calls for customers.
• Dispatch calls based on technician skills and location for efficiency.
• Communicate with customers to schedule calls and confirm appointments.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to effectively multitask across multiple CRM platforms, communication systems, and AI-powered tools simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Working alongside AI-Powered systems to schedule and assign calls to technicians
• Work closely with technicians to schedule return calls for customers
• Work alongside AI-powered system to assign and dispatch calls to appropriate technicians based on skillsets of technicians and location of call in an efficient manner
• Communicate with customers for scheduling calls and confirming appointment
• Maintain regular attendance
• Other duties as assigned
