Ziegler CAT in Dayton, OH is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide operational and sales support to the sales team. You will assist with securing inventory, managing walk‑in traffic, creating sale and lease agreements, coordinating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1–3 years customer service/administrative experience.
• Proven time management and ability to multi-task.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main line of support for sales representatives.
• Point of contact for walk-in traffic and area customers.
• Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements.
• Schedules trucking and shipping of equipment to customer sites.
• Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions.
• Handle additional special projects as needed.
• Manage a large number of transactions and high-functioning salespeople.
• Perform other administrative tasks and keep records up to date.
