Job summary

Ziegler CAT is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Osseo, MN to provide operational and sales support to the sales team. You will assist in securing inventory, handling walk-in traffic, creating agreements, coordinating transportation, and processing invoices and warranties.

The role requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and coordinate with multiple personalities. Schedule includes Tue-Fri 7:00am-5:00pm and Sat 8:00am-12:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred or comparable work experience.
• 1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Serve as main line of support for sales representatives.
• Point of contact for walk-in traffic and area customers.
• Create and maintain sale and lease agreements.
• Schedule trucking and/or shipping of equipment to customer sites.
• Finalize invoices and credits for transactions.
• Handle additional special projects as needed.
• Manage a large number of transactions and high-functioning salespeople.
• Keep up to date and accurate records; timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices.
• Ability to multi-task on technical issues.
• Follow up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions.

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc. Duties include: supporting sales representatives with securing inventory, walk in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines. Schedule is 7:00am-5:00pm Tuesday through Friday and 8:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main line of support for sales representatives
• Point of contact for walk in traffic and area customers
• Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 year degree preferred or comparable work experience

The pay range for this position

$26.85 to $32.21

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location.
