The role requires experience leading sales teams, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and finance to ensure accurate orders, on-time fulfillment, and healthy receivables.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of sales experience, including 2-3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing sales reps to hit targets.
• Strong knowledge of account management and new business development techniques.
• Familiarity with trading cards, TCGs, comics, collectibles or hobby retail.
• Strategic mindset with ability to guide team and adjust plans as priorities shift.
• Ability to coordinate across departments (warehouse, purchasing, finance).
• Experience with CRM or sales reporting tools to track pipeline and forecasts.
