HVMG is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client service. You will coordinate meetings and events, prepare proposals and contracts, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This entry-level position offers exposure to all aspects of sales, catering, and CS, with a supervisor titled Director of Sales, and room to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales and catering managers and directors with clerical tasks and guest service so that they can focus on closing business.
• Respond to guests' requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; word processing, typing, e-mailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, and processing mail; other general office duties and assisting with special projects.
