Qualifications

• Experience coordinating the full order cycle from quote through delivery, off-rent, and pickup.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts on order status, billing questions, and service needs.
• Manage new account setup and credit applications, ensuring COIs, tax exemption certificates, and credit documentation are complete and current.
• Maintain and audit rate sheets, pricing, and equipment availability information; flag discrepancies and pricing exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full order cycle from quote through delivery, off-rent, and pickup.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts on order status, schedule changes, and billing questions.
• Manage new account setup and credit applications; ensure COIs, tax certificates, and credit documents are complete before release.
• Review contracts and invoices for accuracy and support billing disputes with accounting.
