Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Reps and Branch Mgmt with coordinating rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
• Liaise between customers and branch departments to meet and exceed expectations.
• Manage RentalMan system for all on/off rents.
• Dispatch service calls for delivery, pickup, parts, and maintenance.
• Monitor accounts receivable reports.
• Create and monitor rental contracts and delivery tickets.
• Continue expanding knowledge of company products, inventory, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
