Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team in Idaho. We seek a driven, energetic professional to build relationships with local businesses, respond to client inquiries, and expand the client portfolio.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive classroom and field training, a weekly draw pay option plus commissions, and opportunities for growth within a culture of ownership, growth, and service.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners; follow up on referral leads.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
