Job summary

U-Haul is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join the Risk Management team. You will provide essential clerical support to the Director of Risk Management and help drive department processes.

The role requires polished communication, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, including calendars, invoices, and project support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members.
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes accurately.
• Distribute mail and maintain department supplies.
• Plan department anniversaries and team activities.
• Process invoices and reimbursements; track expenses.
• Update electronic files for Risk Management programs.
• Perform quality assurance checks of processes.
• Support special projects as assigned.
• Obtain MVRs and communicate drug/alcohol test results for the Drug & Alcohol Compliance Coordinator.
• Participate in rotating shifts to ensure RPC notifications are disseminated.
