Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Leawood, KS store. You will lead a high-energy team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and connect online and in-store shopping journeys.

You will train staff, drive sales, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet performance goals while maintaining merchandising standards and store safety. A background in retail and a passion for active lifestyles help you inspire customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, running, etc.).
• Ability to engage with customers, employees, and partners in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsabilités

• Coach and train associates to meet sales and performance goals.
