Lovesac in the United States is hiring a Sales Associate to connect with customers, share product knowledge, and drive confident purchases in a fast-paced, service-first environment. You will greet clients, build relationships, and deliver a fun, engaging shopping experience while representing the Lovesac brand with integrity.

Requirements include being 18+, at least 1 year in retail or customer service, ability to work weekends and evenings, and willingness to travel to local stores as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive loyalty and repeat business by building genuine connections.
