Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You’ll connect with customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to close sales.

Be prepared to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods, with opportunities for bonuses and growth. The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and exceptional service.

Competenze

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to use technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meet-related requirements.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and customer data.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
