Job summary

Lovesac is a fast-growing, design-driven furniture brand seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver remarkable results, and help people design spaces with our Sacs and Sactionals. You will greet clients, guide them through the Lovesac selling process, and strive to close sales on the selling floor.

This role requires 18+ years of age and at least 1 year in retail; weekend and evening shifts are common.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Comfort using technology for sales and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and following up to drive conversion.
• Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own your customer journey end-to-end, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, create a fun, engaging experience, and confidently close sales.
• Support daily store operations, visual standards, and brand compliance on the selling floor.
