Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Processor for our Sikeston Store - Brunt team. This part-time, hourly role supports our mission, 'Changing Lives Through the Power of Work!' and embodies our values of diversity, integrity, passion, professionalism, respect, and responsibility.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers and teammates, be organized, and handle donations and merchandise with care. HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Effective communication with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, and trash.
• Inspects items to distinguish quality and determine where they belong.
• Prices items using AMI pricing guidelines.
• Maintains high quality and quantity standards while working quickly and steadily.
• Stocks and maintains cleanliness of the store area.
