Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a Retail Processor for the Bayless Store to support the mission, “Changing Lives Through the Power of Work!” You will handle donations, sort and price items, and ensure shelves and online listings are accurate and well-presented.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma (preferred), strong communication and organizational skills, and basic math; AMI pricing software training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse population.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

Responsibilities

• Handles donations with care and respect.
• Sorts goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspects items to determine quality and placement.
• Prices items using AMI pricing software guidelines.
• Maintains store area cleanliness and stock organization.
• Provides positive customer service to in-person and phone customers.
