Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. This role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination to the Territory Sales Lead.

The ideal candidate embraces independence, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. High school diploma required and driver’s license preferred. Benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer access required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store staff through daily communication.
• Educate customers and store personnel on client brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer.
