Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to drive sales by executing company standards at retailer locations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead.

The position supports flexible schedules and offers a comprehensive benefits package for full- and part-time associates, with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. A valid driver's license is required for travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency is required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with assistance for heavier items.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance maintained.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management through daily communication.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute merchandising tasks, resets, and displays accurately per instructions.
• Maintain high-quality work and meet client expectations.
• Report daily activities, opportunities, and barriers to Territory Sales Lead/Market Sales Manager.
