This full-time role requires high-volume restaurant or bar/club leadership, strong inventory and cost-control skills, and a passion for guest delight.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant/ bar/ club leadership experience required.
• Strong customer service, leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS systems and backend reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations focusing on service quality, staff development, and profitability.
• Supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
• Train staff in procedures, customer service standards, and POS use.
• Ensure prompt, friendly guest service and address inquiries professionally.
• Monitor dining area cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Oversee reservations, seating, and flow to optimize space.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely food delivery.
• Manage FOH inventory and place orders as needed.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
• Inspect dining areas for sanitation and organization.
• Address issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Motivate and coach team to exceed guest expectations.
• Foster teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
• Monitor sales trends and identify revenue opportunities.
