Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in high-volume restaurant and fine dining management.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and cost management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of fine dining trends and guest service.
• Ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and POS software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldAdvantageous.
