McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume franchisee-operated restaurant. The GM will oversee Operations to achieve profitability while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

The role involves leading Assistant and Shift Managers, setting goals, coaching staff, and ensuring strong performance. Prior GM experience in quick service or hospitality is preferred, with a minimum age of 18.

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and meeting Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Leads a team of Assistant Managers to set and achieve goals and provides coaching and direction.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Assistant and Shift Managers to ensure the right team.
