Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Massachusetts to lead a high-performing team, recruit and train top talent, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage budgets, develop staff, and foster a culture focused on equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Expect a dynamic role with both people leadership and operational accountability. You will directly influence day-to-day operations, implement training plans, recognize achievements, and continually improve service quality

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management
• Proven ability to improve performance via P&L analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms
• Strong recruitment and training capabilities
• Adheres to policies and health & food safety standards

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient Team Members and Shift Leads
• Develop and oversee training plans for managers and staff
• Recognize and reward high performers, promote equity and belonging
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on CHAMPS standards
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability
• Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs
