Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure friendly, personal service with high-quality food in a clean, inviting environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with at least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service, willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, and possessing a valid driver's license and a HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager's direction.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staffing schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain health and safety standards and inspections.
• Set a welcoming, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
