Ayvaz Pizza, a Franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

The role requires an assistant manager with leadership skills, drive, and a customer-first mindset. Expect to work in a fast-paced setting with training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent with all documents required by state and federal law.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and customer service focus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
