Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Maryland to greet prospective residents, tour properties, and guide applicants through the full leasing process. You will assist with marketing, maintain records, and support daily operations while delivering exceptional service to residents and prospects.

The role requires weekend and some evenings availability, with familiarity in Yardi or similar property management software desired.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing experience in multifamily preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet goals and close leases.
• Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents with professionalism.
• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment features and amenities.
• Execute the full leasing cycle—from inquiry to lease signing.
• Assist with marketing and outreach to attract prospects.
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records (Yardi a plus).
• Promote resident retention through quality service and follow-up.
• Support the property team in daily operations and events.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.
