JLL is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Coral Gables, FL, to drive occupancy and revenue while delivering exceptional residential experiences. You will guide prospects through apartment searches, coordinate move-ins, and support current residents with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, with responsibilities spanning lead generation, market surveys, and ongoing resident support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage).
• Excellent customer service abilities with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively within team environments.
• Must obtain real estate leasing license within 120 days if required by state law.

Responsabilités

• Maintain leasing office, model units, vacant apartments and common areas to readiness standards.
• Conduct weekly market surveys to monitor local conditions and rates.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and manage social channels.
• Present property and units to prospects with professional sales and closing techniques.
• Handle the rental lifecycle: inquiries, appointments, applications, leases.
• Coordinate move-ins and provide comprehensive move-in information.
• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests; ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with move-outs, transfers and maintenance work orders.
• Support management to maintain property standards.
