You will monitor market trends, support marketing to maximize visibility, and ensure excellent resident service in a dynamic lease-up environment, driving occupancy while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of sales or customer relations experience.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leasing office, model units, and common areas to meet readiness standards.
• Perform weekly competitor shopping and market surveys.
• Develop lead generation strategies with marketing and manage social channels.
• Present property and units to prospects with professional sales and closing techniques.
• Manage rental lifecycle: inquiries, appointments, applications, lease docs.
• Coordinate move-in preparations and provide detailed move-in information.
• Respond to resident inquiries and manage service requests.
• Assist with resident functions including move-outs and transfers.
• Support property manager in maintaining grounds, safety, and appearance.
