Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Excellent customer service, time management and multitasking skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing equipment based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventories.
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
