Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Reservation Manager Agent at our Abington, MA location. You will support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement, helping balance regional inventory and meet demand.

A high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills are required. This is an on-site role with hourly pay from $16.00 to $18.00, plus benefits and growth opportunities; U-Haul is an equal opportunity employer and does not sponsor work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service and handling calls preferred.
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
