Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting customers, field teams, and U-Haul dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will balance regional inventory levels, review placement reports, and assist with U-Box storage products. High school diploma and strong multitasking skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Pay Range: $16.5 - $18.5 per hour.
